Why Choose the GPTease Teams Plan?
Upgrading to the GPTease Teams Plan isn’t just about extra seats; it’s about empowering your team to collaborate efficiently, maintain brand voice, and simplify content production. Whether you’re an agency managing multiple clients or a creator with a personal assistant, the Teams Plan is designed to adapt to your unique workflow.
When is the Teams Plan Right for You?
You have one or more assistants (virtual or in-person) supporting you.
You’re part of a creative agency managing several client brands.
You crave more structure, organization, and traceability in your GPTease account.
That’s why I love that the Teams Plan starts with just two seats, perfect for solo creators who just need a little help, or small teams on the rise.
How to Upgrade: Two Simple Ways
The upgrade process is straightforward, and you have two flexible options:
Via Persona Settings: Click your Persona above the chat interface, select "Create New Persona Team" (the fourth option), and you’ll head directly to the Teams Plan upgrade page.
Via Profile Organization Settings: Go to your profile at the bottom left, scroll up to "Switch Organization," then click "Create Organization." This will prompt you to set up an organizational name and choose the number of seats.
Regardless of your approach, the process is designed with agencies and teams in mind. Once you settle on your team size (minimum two seats, $50 per seat), finish your billing setup, and you’re ready to go!
Mastering Team Management and Permissions
One of my favorite features in GPTease Teams Plan is granular control over who can do what. Here’s how to set it up:
Chatter vs. Admin:
Admin: Can create, edit, and adjust Personas or, as I like to call them, “brand blueprints.”
Chatter: Can use Personas to generate scripts, captions, and more, but can’t tweak core settings or brand essence.
For most organizations, this is perfect. Agencies can give creators or strategists admin access, while assistants and chat team members stay focused on what they do best, prompting GPTease without risking brand drift. For solo creators, assign Chatter access to virtual assistants, keeping your voice and brand consistent.
When inviting new team members, it’s as simple as entering their email, assigning their role, and letting them accept the invite via email.
Building and Managing Personas
Personalization is at the heart of effective content creation. With the GPTease Teams Plan, you can craft unique Personas for each creator or brand your organization manages. Here’s my workflow:
Set Up Personas: Head to the Persona creation tool, define the name, info, content style, sample writing, and niche details. Save and close.
Assign and Use Personas: In the chat dropdown, select the relevant Persona before starting a prompt, ensuring everything generated is on-brand and ready for immediate use.
Scale for Agencies: If you’re an agency, create separate Personas for each creator or brand. This organizes your GPTs environment and makes switching between clients a breeze.
Optimizing Your Agency or Solo Business with Teams Plan
The real magic unfolds as your workflow scales:
Search and Filter: Efficiently find previous chats by Persona, user, or search term, great for quality control and onboarding new team members.
Easy Billing and Organization Management: Manage everything from invoices to member permissions from one streamlined interface.
Upgrading to the Teams Plan on GPTease has been a game-changer for my workflow. Whether you’re a solo creator wanting to maintain your unique voice or running an agency juggling multiple brands, Teams Plan gives you the structure, control, and collaboration tools you need.
